href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/de\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okrs-objective\/\">5 Merkmale eines guten OKR<\/a> Schl\u00fcsselergebnis. Lassen Sie uns die 5 Aspekte eines Guts herausfinden&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/de\/what-is-okr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR<\/a>. Spiegeln Ihre bestehenden OKRs alle der folgenden Punkte wider?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-measurable\">1. Messbar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In erster Linie m\u00fcssen Key Results messbar sein. Jedes Schl\u00fcsselergebnis muss in der Lage sein, den Fortschritt und Erfolg des Teams zu messen. Der Fortschritt des Schl\u00fcsselergebnisses muss einen quantitativen Einheitswert haben, damit er berechnet werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-clear\">2. L\u00f6schen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Results m\u00fcssen klar und einfach zu kommunizieren sein. Sie m\u00fcssen den Ausgangswert und den Zielwert klar definieren, um den Fortschritt des Schl\u00fcsselergebnisses zu messen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-connected\">3. Verbunden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Schl\u00fcsselergebnis muss transparent mit dem Ziel verbunden sein. Das Schl\u00fcsselergebnis kann nicht alleine existieren, ohne mit einem Ziel verkn\u00fcpft zu sein. Das Erreichen jedes Schl\u00fcsselergebnisses bestimmt den Erfolg jedes Ziels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-time-bound\">4. Zeitgebunden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Result muss mit der Start- und Endzeit f\u00fcr alle Key Result-Aktivit\u00e4ten zeitgebunden sein. Die Teammitglieder m\u00fcssen alle Key Result-Aktivit\u00e4ten innerhalb des definierten Zeitrahmens abschlie\u00dfen, damit sie gez\u00e4hlt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-challenging\">5. Herausfordernd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Schl\u00fcsselergebnis muss herausfordernd sein, um der Art der herausfordernden Ziele von OKR gerecht zu werden. Es besteht eine sehr hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die Organisation die gew\u00fcnschten Ziele nicht erreichen wird, wenn das Schl\u00fcsselergebnis nicht so herausfordernd ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stellen Sie jedes Mal, wenn Sie Ihre Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse fertig geschrieben haben, sicher, dass sie diese f\u00fcnf Merkmale erf\u00fcllen. Um insgesamt gute OKRs zu haben, m\u00fcssen Sie eine Reihe von Warenzielen haben, gepaart mit guten Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen.
