Dies sind die 5 Merkmale, auf die Sie beim Schreiben Ihrer Ziele achten m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-give-direction\">1. Richtung vorgeben<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Ziel muss mit der Ausrichtung des Unternehmens \u00fcbereinstimmen und hilft dem Unternehmen, seine Vision zu erreichen. Wenn Sie dieses Ziel erreichen, was wird das Unternehmen davon profitieren? Oder wenn Sie dies nicht tun, verliert das Unternehmen in irgendeiner Hinsicht Chancen oder kann es nicht wachsen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-very-clear\">2. Sehr klar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziele m\u00fcssen sehr klar, eindeutig und unternehmensweit verst\u00e4ndlich sein. Jeder im Unternehmen muss das gleiche Verst\u00e4ndnis vom Zweck des Ziels haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-bring-positive-change\">3. Positive Ver\u00e4nderung herbeif\u00fchren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziele m\u00fcssen eine positive Ver\u00e4nderung im Unternehmen bewirken, vom alten Zustand zum neuen und besseren Zustand. Die allt\u00e4gliche Routinearbeit kann bei OKRs nicht als Ziel betrachtet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-challenging\">4. Herausfordernd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziele m\u00fcssen herausfordernd sein. Es hilft, einen Sprung nach vorn im Unternehmen zu schaffen. Es bewegt die Menschen im Unternehmen, ihr wahres Potenzial auszusch\u00f6pfen. Wenn die Mitarbeiter die Ziele leicht erreichen k\u00f6nnen, werden sie nicht herausgefordert, ihre Leistung zu verbessern, zu wachsen und mehr zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-inspiring\">5. Inspirierend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziele m\u00fcssen die Mitarbeiter zu mehr Leistung anspornen. Ein gutes Ziel erm\u00f6glicht es ihnen, den Dominoeffekt w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Fortschritts zu sehen, was sie sehr stolz darauf macht, zu den Ergebnissen der Ziele beizutragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie haben normalerweise nur 3-4 Ziele pro Quartal, also stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Ihre Ziele diese Eigenschaften haben, um auch Ihr Gesamt-OKR gut zu machen.
