Auswirkungen auf die Wirtschaft und das Gesch\u00e4ft enorm sein w\u00fcrden, dann sollten wir auch unsere OKR-Krisen im Auge behalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Frage, die uns unsere Kunden zu stellen begannen, lautet: Was machen wir mit unseren <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/de\/what-is-okr\/\">OKRs<\/a>? Sollen wir es wegwerfen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich dachte bald daran, einen Artikel dar\u00fcber zu schreiben, wie man OKRs in Krisenzeiten einsetzt, aber ich hatte ein Problem: Ich wusste nicht viel \u00fcber das Management von OKRs in Krisenzeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als F\u00fchrungskraft oder Unternehmer habe ich noch nie eine Krise erlebt, geschweige denn solche Ausma\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also beschloss ich, mehr zu studieren, mit anderen Managern und Spezialisten auf diesem Gebiet zu sprechen, tiefer zu gehen und einige Tests mit unseren Kunden durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basierend auf Theorie und Praxis habe ich zusammengestellt, was ich f\u00fcr akzeptable Praktiken zur Verwendung von OKRs in Zeiten wie diesen halte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-don-t-delay-to-act\">Z\u00f6gern Sie nicht zu handeln<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn &quot;<em>Geld regiert die Welt<\/em>\u201c, k\u00f6nnen wir sagen, dass die Zeit die K\u00f6nigin ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifizieren Sie, was sich in Ihrem Markt ge\u00e4ndert hat, wie stark es davon betroffen sein wird, bereiten Sie mindestens drei neue Pl\u00e4ne vor und entscheiden Sie, welches Unternehmen folgen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tage hier k\u00f6nnen den Unterschied zwischen \u00dcberleben oder Sterben ausmachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-update-the-numbers\">Aktualisieren Sie die Zahlen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Definieren Sie mit dem gew\u00e4hlten Plan die neuen OKRs f\u00fcr alle Bereiche. Hatte der Werbespot ein Schl\u00fcsselergebnis, bei dem er an 100 kleine Unternehmen verkauft werden sollte? Wechseln Sie zu etwas Realistischem: Wie w\u00e4re es mit 30? Oder vielleicht 120? Es h\u00e4ngt von Ihrem Unternehmen ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es hat keinen Sinn, wenn Teams Ziele haben, von denen sie glauben, dass sie nicht mehr erreichbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focus-even-more\">Konzentrieren Sie sich noch mehr<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hatten die Teams f\u00fcnf Tore? Zielen Sie nur auf einen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gab es f\u00fcnf Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse pro Ziel? Setzen Sie nur zwei oder drei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am Ende sollte jedes Team nur ein Tor mit zwei oder drei Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ressourcen sind knapper geworden, und wir m\u00fcssen genau wissen, wohin wir mehr Energie stecken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increase-the-frequency-of-monitoring\">Erh\u00f6hen Sie die H\u00e4ufigkeit der \u00dcberwachung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie wir bereits gesagt haben, ist Zeit super wichtig. Noch nie war die volatile und unsichere Welt von VUCA so volatil und so unsicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wahrheit einer Woche ist nicht die Wahrheit f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste, und wir m\u00fcssen jederzeit auf dem Laufenden bleiben und handeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erh\u00f6hen Sie die H\u00e4ufigkeit des gesamten OKR-Managements. Das Check-in-Meeting muss w\u00f6chentlich stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zum Beispiel f\u00fchren wir im zweiten Quartal monatliche OKRs durch, weil wir jeden Monat andere Taktiken lernen und anwenden m\u00f6chten. Schlie\u00dflich waren sie jeden Monat sehr unterschiedlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-game-has-changed-also-look-for-effort\">Das Spiel hat sich ge\u00e4ndert; Suchen Sie auch nach Anstrengung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Sache, die ich immer \u00fcber OKR spreche, ist, dass OKR es nicht geschafft hat, den Aufwand zu messen. Es soll Ergebnisse messen und sich positiv auf das Gesch\u00e4ft auswirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inmitten all dieser Verwirrung funktionierten jedoch viele Prozesse nicht mehr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Menge der generierten Leads, die Conversion, die Nutzung des Produkts, die geplanten Meetings, die absoluten Volumina und die Conversion-Raten waren von einem Moment zum anderen unterschiedlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es macht also keinen Sinn, nur die wichtigsten Ergebnisse auf das Gesch\u00e4ftsergebnis zu beziehen, da diese m\u00f6glicherweise nicht wie erwartet eintreffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kombinieren Sie dies mit den wichtigsten Ergebnissen der Bem\u00fchungen (Fr\u00fchindikatoren), um sicherzustellen, dass wir bei kritischen Ma\u00dfnahmen unser Bestes geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beispiel f\u00fcr ein Kundenerfolgs-OKR:<br><strong>Zielsetzung<\/strong>: Niemand wird gehen!<br><strong>Schl\u00fcsselergebnis 1<\/strong>: Garantiert eine maximale Nettoabwanderung von 5%;<br><strong>Schl\u00fcsselergebnis 2<\/strong>: F\u00fchren Sie einen Supportanruf mit den 200 Hauptkunden des Unternehmens durch;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-do-not-give-up\">Geben Sie nicht auf!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele Unternehmen waren nicht in der Lage, diese Transaktion durchzuf\u00fchren und gaben die Verwendung von OKR oder anderen Managementmethoden auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn die Menschen am meisten Angst haben, verloren sind, keine Kommunikation haben usw., haben einige Unternehmen dem Unternehmen das wichtigste Orientierungs- und Fokusinstrument genommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Tipp lautet also: Nicht aufgeben, diesen und anderen Hinweisen folgen und wieder auf Kurs kommen. Sonst verlieren Ihre Teams wom\u00f6glich die Richtung und damit auch das Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"
