class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine der bedeutendsten Ver\u00e4nderungen durch die Covid-19-Pandemie war die Notwendigkeit, Gesch\u00e4ftspl\u00e4ne und -strategien in allen Branchen zu beschleunigen. Das langfristige Ziel verk\u00fcrzte sich schnell auf das mittelfristige Ziel und sogar auf das kurzfristige. Was \u00fcber die Jahre geplant war, wird in Monaten, manchmal sogar Wochen erledigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Geschwindigkeitssteigerung ist jedoch ein Problem, da traditionelle Ausf\u00fchrungsmethoden mit Trajektorienanpassungen und monatlicher \u00dcberwachungsfrequenz arbeiten. Jeden Monat werden die strategischen Indikatoren aktualisiert und basierend auf den gemeldeten Werten bewerten die Manager die Leistung, was in Bezug auf die monatlichen Ziele und die kumulierten Ziele erreicht wurde. Die Manager ergreifen die notwendigen Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr Kurskorrekturen in Richtung der erwarteten Ergebnisse f\u00fcr das Jahr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technologieunternehmen im Silicon Valley waren Pioniere des OKR, einer L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das oben beschriebene Problem. Die bei Intel und Google entwickelte OKR-Methodik wurde ber\u00fchmt und wird heute weltweit von Unternehmen aller Wirtschaftszweige eingesetzt. F\u00fcr diejenigen, die es noch nicht kennen, OKRs ist ein Akronym f\u00fcr Objectives &amp; Key Results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die H\u00e4ufigkeit der OKR-\u00dcberwachung ist w\u00f6chentlich. Traditionelle Unternehmen arbeiten mit einer konventionellen Methode, um Strategien und Pl\u00e4ne umzusetzen, sie zu messen, die Leistung zu bewerten, Entscheidungen zu treffen und jeden Monat Anweisungen zu korrigieren. Moderne Unternehmen verwenden OKRs, um jede Woche die Leistung zu messen, zu bewerten, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Anweisungen zu korrigieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erkennen Sie, wie dies modernen Unternehmen einen erheblichen Wettbewerbsvorteil verschafft, da es sich viermal schneller an die Geschwindigkeit anpassen kann als das traditionelle Unternehmen. Zum Beispiel: \u201eErweitern Sie unsere Pr\u00e4senz auf den asiatischen M\u00e4rkten.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse sind quantitativ, wie z. OKRs entstehen sowohl top-down (vom Top-Management) als auch bottom-up (von Mitarbeitern) und werden von Teams begleitet, deren Mitglieder die an der Erreichung des Ziels und seiner Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse beteiligten Bereiche repr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben den Zielen und Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen definieren die Teams Aktionspl\u00e4ne, deren Aufgaben auf ihre Mitglieder verteilt werden. Jede Woche, vorzugsweise am Montagmorgen, findet ein Treffen statt, dessen Dauer 30 Minuten nicht \u00fcberschreiten sollte. In diesem Meeting werden die Aufgaben der vergangenen Woche \u00fcberpr\u00fcft; die Wochenziele erreicht werden oder nicht. Am Ende des Zyklus werden wichtige Ergebnisse erzielt oder nicht erreicht, Lessons Learned diskutiert und festgehalten, Erfolge gefeiert und neue OKRs definiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Covid-19-Pandemie brachte mit neuer Kraft das VUCA-Weltkonzept Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous zur\u00fcck.
