Deshalb brauchen wir Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse. Wie k\u00f6nnen wir messen, ob wir ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis geboten haben? Net Promoter Score (NPS) und Churn Rate Reduction sind gute M\u00f6glichkeiten, dies zu messen. Sind unsere Kunden mit unseren Produkten oder Dienstleistungen so zufrieden, dass sie uns weiterempfehlen und weiterhin mit uns Gesch\u00e4fte machen w\u00fcrden? Sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf den NPS und Wiederholungsk\u00e4ufe zu verlassen, k\u00f6nnte jedoch die falsche Botschaft vermitteln. Es k\u00f6nnte uns ermutigen, der Kundenzufriedenheit um jeden Preis Priorit\u00e4t einzur\u00e4umen. Daher sollten wir auch eine Kennzahl wie die Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) einbeziehen.
