implementing the Objective and Key Results (OKRs) framework at the Middle Management level.              <li>Alignment and Communication Gaps: There was a noticeable disconnect in strategic priorities and communication between upper management and frontline teams, mediated by middle company&#8217;s strategic vision, leading to uneven execution and outcomes.<\/li>\n                                <li>Limited Engagement and Ownership: A lack of clear, measurable objectives resulted
